F G Adamson & Son needed to refresh its online presence, pulling two existing websites into one centralised site that catered to all its customers: trade, commercial, and consumer customers.
Through our UX research phase, we identified areas on the website where we could add additional value through an efficient user experience. A focus on a comprehensive but simple navigation was key, as well as allowing customers to pick and choose product upgrades, add on frequently purchased related items, and select a delivery or collection date in just a few clicks.
By carrying out a thorough design process, we have helped the company achieve over 90% increase in online revenue year-on-year, which has also encouraged a multi-million pound acquisition by Ripon Ground Care.
