“We work alongside Mattix Design Ltd to provide Managed I.T. Solutions and Consulting for their clients, making sure that their technical needs are met,” David explains.

“For us, collaborating in this way allows each party involved to focus on their unique speciality. Not only does this approach benefit clients immensely, it also means that initial ideas can be quickly transformed into a fully-fledged website or trading business within a short space of time,” David tells us.
“For example, recently we worked on a client project with Mattix that saw someone’s passion turned into an established business – with branding, business cards, a website and email – within just one month. I think this was largely down to the fact that we could all concentrate on one specific area and execute it really well.”
What we love about David is his unique range of experience with both in-house IT departments and Managed IT Services providers. This allows him to be extremely agile when working with our diverse scope of clients, quickly grasping the culture and nature of different sectors.
“We get full transparency with Mattix and this enables us to ask the correct questions, liaising directly with businesses to provide the best solutions,” he continues. “We much prefer this way of working than communicating through an account manager, which can sometimes lead to misunderstandings and an outcome that is not ideal.”
