Hull House Group, an innovative and disruptive property development business approached us to develop their new brand, website and marketing material.

They required a friendly, consumer-based brand that relied on quality, trust and community to attract both tenants and investors.

Our solution

Attracting both tenants and investors with the same brand was a challenge we were excited to take on. As these audiences are at two ends of the spectrum, we developed a brand that had authority to attract the investors, but was also soft and friendly to attract tenants.

Utilising versatile typefaces and a strong and diverse colour palette, we managed to create a sense of belonging to both sides of the spectrum and appeal to both the investor and the tenant.
